The Ren Jacket
Pattern Testing Application
We are calling for pattern testers for our Ren jacket pattern for both women and kids.
PATTERN INFO:
The women’s pattern comes in AU sizes 6-18. That is: 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18. If you’d like to see this pattern extended across more sizes please let us know.
The kids pattern comes in sizes 00 - 7 years. That is: 00, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.
The jacket has been designed to be an oversized fit. If you’re between sizes we recommend sizing down. The size charts can be found in the pattern instructions.
The jacket has also been designed to be a quilted jacket and can be made in a wide variety of fabrics. We are excited to see what your unique creative vision is for this jacket in this testing period!
Our aim is to make all our patterns simple and understandable enough for even beginners to use. To do this we provide step by step instructions and try to break down the process and hold your hand through it. Due to this, the testing call is open to all levels of sewing and we greatly appreciate feedback on how well the instructions guided you.
We rate the pattern itself as a Confident Beginner pattern. It is a simple make but can be a little more challenging working with layers and thicker quilted fabric.
The pattern is supplied as an A0 PDF file and as an A4 PDF for home printing.
